INNOPUR SHIELD PU AROMATIC COLD POLYUREA

DEFINITION
It is a two-component, aromatic polyurea system consisting of 95% solids. It has been developed for applications with sliding and pulling (roller or trowel) for multi-component systems. It has excellent elasticity. In addition to this feature, it has a specially formulated polymerized profile to strengthen adhesion. It is an ideal product for commercial and industrial applications that require high levels of wear resistance and impact strength. In order to be used in open areas, polyurethane non-yellowing (aliphatic) paint should be applied as the last layer.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Information
The application surface must be solid. The surface must have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a pull-off test result of at least 1.5 N/mm². The age of the new concrete should be at least 28 days, depending on the season, and the concrete surfaces should have a maximum moisture content of 5-6%. All loose, volatile particles must be free from oil and paint residues, cement grout. Extensive fractures and faults should be repaired beforehand. Cement shell and glossy screed on the concrete surface should be cleaned with tools such as sandblasting, notching machine, diamond drum wiping machine, driven grinder, and the surface should be roughened and wiped. The entire surface should be cleaned of dust with an industrial vacuum cleaner.

environmental conditions
The relative humidity of the air should be at most 80%, the application temperature (environment and surface) should be between +5°C and +35°C. It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and 24 hours after the application in open areas. The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew (dew falling) temperature. Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product and should be prepared in the specified mixture ratio, considering the pot life, as much as the amount to be consumed. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 10°C. Component A should be mixed quickly with a mechanical mixer, and the hardener (component B) should be added by paying attention to the mixing ratio. A and B components should be mixed with a mechanical mixer until homogeneous.

Application to the Surface
The mixture, which is made ready for application, is applied with a roller or trowel in such a way that the surface is saturated and the pores are closed. The application time of the new layer on top of the layer is minimum 8 hours (20°C) and maximum 1 day. It is very important that the second coat is applied within the above-mentioned new coat application time.

Consumption Amount
Minimum consumption 1-1.5 kg/m²

PACKING INFORMATION
An 8 kg kit consists of a net 12 kg of component A in a bucket and a net of 6 kg of component B in a gallon.

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year for components A and B when stored properly and in its unopened original packaging.
