UNIVERSAL WOOD COLOR

DEFINITION
It is a one-component, air-drying, concentrated transparent colorant that can be thinned with both water and solvent.

PLACE OF USE
It is applied on all kinds of solid and veneer interior and exterior wooden surfaces. It is used for coloring purposes in cellulosic and polyurethane varnishes. (The mixing ratio should not exceed 2-3%.)

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be clean and solid. Wooden surfaces should be cleaned of dust after appropriate sanding.

Ambient conditions
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C. In applications to be carried out in closed environments, ventilation should be considered.

Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product and should be prepared in the specified mixture ratio, considering the pot life, as much as the amount to be consumed. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. Component A should be mixed in itself, and hardener (component B) should be added by paying attention to the mixing ratio. A and B components should be mixed until homogeneous.

Application to the Surface
After mixing well, it is thinned 1-1 with water or Green Lack Cellulosic Thinner, and the wood is thoroughly absorbed with the help of a brush or cloth and applied in thin layers. If desired, Green Lack N.C Cellulosic Filler Varnish is applied 1 day later. After sanding, Green lack Cellulosic or Polyurethane Varnish is applied. If the application started with water, it should be finished with water, water and solvent should not be mixed.

Cleaning of Equipment
With cellulosic thinner or water.

PACKING INFORMATION
It is 12 kg net in a bucket, 2.15 kg net in a gallon, and 0.75 kg net in a box.

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year when stored properly and in its unopened original packaging.
