POLYURETHANE TOP COAT ULTRA GLOSSY VARNISH (1+1)

DEFINITION
It is an alkyd polyurethane resin based, two component, ultra glossy top coat furniture varnish.

PLACE OF USE
It is applied as a top coat varnish on suitable filling varnishes on all kinds of solid and veneered wooden surfaces for interior use in the furniture and decoration industry.

ADVANTAGES
• It gives a hard and elastic, slippery touch, saturated surface,
• Scratch and impact resistant,
• Resistant to household chemicals, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages.

NOTE
Drying times are the times that can be obtained when applied in a way that leaves a dry film thickness of 40 microns in one coat under normal conditions. It should be known that the drying time will increase as the application thickness increases and in cold weather.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be clean and solid. Wooden surfaces prepared with Green Lack Cellulosic or Polyurethane filling varnishes should be cleaned of dust after appropriate sanding.

Ambient conditions
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C. In applications to be carried out in closed environments, ventilation should be considered.

Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product and should be prepared in the specified mixture ratio, considering the pot life, as much as the amount to be consumed. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. Component A should be mixed in itself, and hardener (component B) should be added by paying attention to the mixing ratio. A and B components should be mixed until homogeneous.

Application to the Surface
The mixture, which is ready for application, is applied in two or three cross coats, depending on the desired surface fullness, by air spraying. It is left to cure in a dust-free environment.

Cleaning of Equipment
With cellulosic thinner.

PACKING INFORMATION
A set of 24 kg 14335 POLYURETHANE VARNISH ULTRA GLOSSY 1+1; It consists of 12 kg net 12 kg product code 14335 of A component in a bucket and 12 kg net B component with 14110 product code in a tin.

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. When stored properly and in its unopened original packaging, the life of the material is 1 year for component A and 6 months for component B.
