INNOPUR STONE UV RESIN -1K

DEFINITION
INNOPUR STONE UV RESIN is a one-component, polyurethane-based liquid product containing high solids. It cures with moisture in the air, forming a highly durable and elastic film. It has excellent UV resistance and high hydrophobic property. Due to its aliphatic structure, it does not fade or turn yellow when exposed to sunlight. Its content is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic, aliphatic polyurethane resin, which gives the material excellent resistance to UV and other natural factors, as well as chemical, mechanical and thermal.

-As a varnish on wooden surfaces,

It can also be used for concrete waterproofing. It can be applied in thick layers, it does not bubble.

The usage rate is 6%. It has high wetting properties and cross-linking properties. It provides fast drying in cold weather, even on damp concrete.
It can be used easily on the walking paths along the beach. It is not affected by sea water.

INNOPUR STONE UV RESIN 1K does not contain Epoxy base or Polyester base, which is produced in structural defect and which reacts to condensation, fungus, instability to ultraviolet.
INNOPUR STONE UV RESIN-1K is based on a 100% non-yellowing, single component, special polymer resin produced with NANO technology.

In the original buckets, especially in the large ones, the product may appear colored, but it is transparent after application.

INNO STONE UV RESIN 1K, open structure pebble-permeable superstructure system allows water to instantly infiltrate to the bottom, while preventing water from collecting on the surface and allowing water to reach the cultivated areas or land sewer.
The system provides all the requirements to create a sustainable drainage system and minimizes the risk of flooding by transferring water to designated areas in urban design applications.
In projects designed with the manufacturer's directives, INNO STONE UV RESIN 1K, the naturally permeable superstructure system allows 500 liters of water per minute to be discharged per square meter.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Surface preparation
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes should be removed, as well as completely free from mold release agents, cement residues and sawdust. Surface defects and cracks should be filled with suitable products and repaired.

Lining
Regardless of the surface condition (porous or non-porous), it should be used as a primer (INNOPUR PRIMER PU 100-1K).

Binder resin application
After the primer layer has dried, the pebble granules, which is the first stage of the application, will be mixed with the help of a concrete mortar mixing machine or mixer mixer for 10 minutes by adding 6% polymer-based, one-component stone-binding polymer resin.

FLOOR COATING APPLICATION

FOR HORIZONTAL SURFACES
In order to obtain 8 mm thickness from stone granules with a thickness of 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm, an average of 13 kg of pebble granules per square meter and 0.800 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin should be used.
(Stone granule sizes can be used in desired dimensions)
The mixture is laid on the ground by compacting it with a vibration machine or trowel as if pouring asphalt.

FOR VERTICAL SURFACES
In order to obtain 5-6 mm thickness from 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm thick stone granules, an average of 8 kg pebble granules and 0.420 kg polymer-based stone binder resin should be used per square meter. Thickening powder must be entered in order for it to gain consistency and hang on the wall.
