DEFINITION
INNOPUR SPORT PU TOP COAT MAT is a two-component, aliphatic (non-yellowing) polyurethane based, solvent-containing, flexible, soft surface-forming, UV and weather-resistant colored top coat.

USAGE PLACES
INNOPUR SPORT PU TOP COAT MAT is used as a top coat on concrete, polyurethane and epoxy floors where abrasion resistance, UV resistance and matt-glossy appearance are required.

APPLICATION

Environmental Conditions Required for Application
Maximum ambient humidity should be 80%-Ambient temperature should be between 10-30°C-It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and after the application in open areas-The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew (dew falling) temperature . -INNOPUR SPORT TOP COAT MAT temperature should be between 15-25 °C.

Ground Conditions Required for Application
The floor temperature should be between 10-30 °C. The last coat of solvent-free surface coating systems should be discarded within 3 days. If the final coat is to be applied on the previously applied floor or if the re-coating time has been exceeded, sanding should be done if necessary.

Surface Preparation
The floor surface must be dry, clean, sound and load-bearing. Oil, wax, grease, water repellants, loose parts and dust that can weaken the adhesion forces on the surface should be removed by cleaning with a suitable method.

To mix up
INNOPUR SPORT PU TOP COAT MAT is two-component and used by mixing in the ratio of A: B-12:3 (weight). In 2-component polyurethane systems, the homogeneous mixture of A and B components at the recommended mixing ratios is very important for maximum performance. First, component A is mixed and homogenized if there is precipitation. Component B is poured into component A. It is mixed with a mixer of 200-300 rpm for a minimum of 3-4 minutes. The packaging walls and bottom sides are thoroughly scraped with mixer blades and trowel. It is mixed again for 1 more minute. A specified amount of specially dried quartz sand is added and mixed for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Application
After making sure that the A and B components are mixed homogeneously, the application is started with a roller. Minimum 2 coats of application should be made.

MIX USE TIME
The application conditions of 2-component polyurethane systems are very dependent on the ambient temperature.

With the increase of temperature
✓ The reaction of components A and B accelerates
✓ It gains consistency quickly and therefore it should spread on the surface more quickly.

With Decreased Temperature
✓ The reaction of components A and B slows down
✓ Pan life is longer
✓ The fluidity decreases.

It is consumed more due to the increase in density. In 2-Component Polyurethane systems, the A component and the B component enter into a chemical reaction and the temperature of the mixture rises by releasing heat. With the increase of the mixed amount, the temperature increase becomes higher and faster. It is important to spread the mixture immediately on the surface in order to obtain long working and processing time, especially on hot days. If the mixture is fully packaged, it can be taken into containers with smaller volumes or containers with a large surface area, or these effects can be minimized by mixing in smaller quantities (by weighing). For these reasons, the stock temperature of INNOPUR SPORT PU TOP COAT MAT should be between 15-25 °C.

CLEANING
It can be done with Thinner when you are old. It can be mechanically cleaned after curing.

SHELF LIFE
It should be stored in dry conditions between 15-25 ºC in its original packaging. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 1 year.
