INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025

INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025
DEFINITION
INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF LEVELING 3025 is a flexible, self-leveling (self-leveling) elastomeric, solvent-free 2-component polyurethane-based sports flooring material.
USAGE PLACES
INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF LEVELING 3025 is a liquid applied multi-purpose sports flooring that creates athletic floors with high impact resistance and durability. INNOPUR SPORT SELF 3025 can also be used for covering flexible floors formed by laying the mattresses produced using rubber granules or by pouring rubber granules in place or by laying polyurethane foam mattresses on the floor. These multi-level sports flooring systems have a long service life and create suitable floors for all traditional sports activities such as basketball and volleyball. It can also be applied on other surfaces such as wood. It is recommended to use a suitable UV resistant topcoat to increase the chemical resistance and color stability of floors obtained using INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025.
APPLICATION
Environmental Conditions Required for Application
The maximum ambient humidity should be 80% -The ambient temperature should be between 10-30°C - It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and 24 hours after the application in open areas - The ground temperature should be 3 °C above the current dew (dew) temperature. Please ask our company for the table of Ambient temperature-Ambient Humidity-Temperature Dew.
Ground Conditions Required for Application
If INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 is to be applied on concrete floors
✓ The floor temperature should be between 10-30 °C.
✓ The humidity of the ground concrete should be less than 4%. If necessary, measurement should be made with a suitable device.
✓ New concrete floors must be at least 28 days old.
✓ Breaking strength of ground concrete Min. It should be 1.5N/mm².
To mix up
INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 is 2-component and used by mixing in the ratio of A: B-16:3.5 (weight). In 2-component polyurethane systems, the homogeneous mixture of A and B components at the recommended mixing ratios is very important for maximum performance. First, component A is mixed and homogenized if there is precipitation. Component B is poured into component A. It is mixed with a mixer of 200-300 rpm for a minimum of 3 minutes. The packaging walls and bottom sides are thoroughly scraped with mixer blades and trowel.
Application
After making sure that the A and B components are mixed homogeneously, INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 is applied to the prepared surface with a notched trowel or check, at a rate of 0.5-06 Kg/m². This application before the application of the final INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 provides a smoother surface and prevents blistering due to possible air bubbles. Although the ability of INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 to remove air bubbles has been improved with specially added chemical additives, it is recommended to apply a spiked roller within 10-15 minutes after the application. 2-Component Polyurethane systems are more reactive to moisture, so the surface is watered for 24 hours after the application. contact with it should be avoided. Otherwise, foaming may occur.
MIX USE TIME
The application conditions of 2-component polyurethane systems are very dependent on the ambient temperature. At the same time, the usage time of the mixture is very dependent on the amount mixed.
With the increase of temperature
-The reaction of A and B components accelerates-It gains consistency quickly and therefore it should be spread on the surface more quickly.
With Decreased Temperature
-The reaction of A and B components slows down -The pan life is longer -The fluidity decreases. It is consumed more due to the increase in density. In 2-Component Polyurethane systems, the A component and the B component enter into a chemical reaction and heat is released and the temperature of the mixture increases. With the increase of the mixed amount, the temperature increase becomes higher and faster. It is important to spread the mixture immediately on the surface in order to obtain long working and processing time, especially on hot days. Alternatively, the mixture can be taken into a large pan or mixed in small quantities by weighing.
APPLICATION TOOLS
Application can be made with a notched trowel or squeegee.
CONSUMPTION
To obtain 1 mm floor covering, it should be used between 1.15-1.25 kg per 1 m².
COLOUR
Ral colors
CLEANING
It can be done with Thinner when you are old. It can be mechanically cleaned after curing.
SHELF LIFE
It should be stored in dry conditions between 15-25 ºC in its original packaging. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 1 year.
