DEFINITION
INNOPUR SPORT PU BINDER 100 is a polyurethane-based, single-component, solvent-free sbr, epdm rubber binder material for pouring types, designed for sticking mattresses used in seamless floor applications, with flexible structure, produced for sports fields. It has a structure resistant to chemical effects, physical stresses and minor ground movements.

ADVANTAGES
INNOPUR SPORT BINDER is polyurethane based, single component. It is solvent free. It is used as a binder of rubber granules inside the shock absorbing layer. It is used for sticking the mattresses used in seamless floor applications to the floor. The surface structures of the bonded surfaces can be similar or different. It has a structure resistant to chemical effects, physical stresses and minor ground movements. It can be easily applied on floors with underfloor heating. It is elastic. It is multipurpose. It can be used on all kinds of floors and indoors/outdoors.

APPLICATION
Rubber SBR and EPDM rubber granules are mixed in a suitable mixer and mixed at the rate of INNOPUR SPORT PU BINDER (15-20%) for 5-10 minutes. After this application, the mixture is poured into the finisher machine. Finally, the material can be applied to the surface at the desired thickness.

STORAGE
The materials should be stored in warehouses whose temperature can be controlled and kept at 10 -30°C, and should be protected from sunlight and humidity. Materials should be kept away from open flames and sources that may pose a fire hazard. Under these conditions, the material will retain its properties in its unopened package for 9-12 months from the date of production.
