INNOPUR SHIELD PU WTF 2K-E

DEFINITION
It is a two-component thixotropic coating material made of high quality elastomeric polyurethane resins. Does not contain SOLVENT. It forms a strong, elastic and hydrophobic film after polymerization. It is especially recommended for waterproofing water tanks. INNOPUR SHILED PU WTF 2K-E also provides a seamless, holistic coating on surfaces with complex details such as chimneys, antennas and pipes. It is applied in two layers with a roller, 700 gr/m2 for each layer. It is sufficient to apply a single layer on the warehouse floor with a consumption of 1400 gr/m2.

• Water tanks made of concrete, steel or other materials
• Prefabricated concrete warehouses
• Drinking water tanks
• Warehouses with contraction and expansion movement

FEATURES
• It adheres perfectly to almost all types of surfaces.
• Since it does not contain SOLVENT, it can be easily applied in closed areas.
• It has very high hydrophobic and hydrolysis resistance.
• It performs in a wide temperature range. Heat resistance is between -40°C to 90°C.
• It exhibits effective resistance against chemicals.
• It has been registered according to the latest standards set by the European Union for drinking water tanks.
• It is the most ideal solution for water tanks in terms of cost-performance.
• Special primers, topcoats and coloring pastes are available.

CAP LIFE
Pot life of the two components mixed is 30 minutes at 20°C.

To extend the pot life
• Keep the container containing the mixture in a cool environment, away from the sun.
• First pour the mixed product onto the floor to loosen it, then spread it out.
• Pour the mixed product into a wide, shallow bowl.

PACKAGING
12 kg (comp. A: 10 kg, comp. B: 2 kg) and 24 kg (comp. A: 20 kg, comp. B: 4 kg)

CONSUMPTION
For each layer: 700 gr/m2.

Minimum total consumption
1.4 kg/m2.

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment first with a paper towel, then wipe with SOLVENT. Rolls are not reusable.

COLOUR
RAL 7040 (grey) / RAL 9001 (off white)

SHELF LIFE
It can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original buckets, in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. The material in the opened bucket should be used as soon as possible.
