INNOPUR SEAL EP GROUT-2K

INNOPUR SEAL EP GROUT-2K
DEFINITION
It is an epoxy resin-based, two-component, solvent-free, high-density repair putty that can be applied to concrete surfaces.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
• In the removal and filling of cracks and surface defects on the concrete floor
• In the repair of surface defects before the application of epoxy or polyurethane top coatings on floors subject to medium and heavy loads.
• Concrete reinforcement, anchor construction
• It is used in making chamfers.
ADVANTAGES
• It has excellent adhesion.
• It is resistant to heavy load.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Surface Information
The application surface must be solid. All loose, volatile particles must be free from oil and paint residues, cement grout.
Environmental Conditions
• The relative humidity of the air should be maximum 90% and the application temperature (environment and surface) should be between +5°C and +35°C.
• It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and 24 hours after the application in open areas.
• The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew (dew) temperature. (Ask for the Ambient temperature-Ambient Humidity-Dew Temperature table from our company.)
Thermal Resistance
Withstands damp/wet heat (such as steam cleaning) up to 80°C for short periods. Withstands dry heat up to 60°C continuously and 100°C for short periods. (3-4 mm thick)
Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product and should be prepared in the specified mixture ratio, considering the pot life, as much as the amount to be consumed. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. A and B components should be taken in equal volumes to a paste preparation tray and mixed with the help of a spatula until both components obtain a homogeneous color. The resulting mixture should be consumed by paying attention to the pot life.
Application to the Surface
The mixture, which is made ready for application, is applied to the surface with the help of a zero trowel or spatula. For thicker applications, at least 12 hours should be waited for the second coat.
Cleaning of Tools
With Cellulosic or Epoxy thinner.
Material Consumption
Theoretically, it is 1.4 kg/m2 for every 1 mm of thickness.
PACKING INFORMATION
a suit of 5 kg; It consists of a net 3.75 kg of component A in one gallon and a net of 1.25 kg of component B in one gallon.
STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year for components A and B when stored properly and in its unopened original packaging.
HEALTH/SAFETY INFORMATION
Comply with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) prepared in accordance with the EU directives regarding the product.
