INNOPUR PRIMER PU CRYSTAL-1K

DEFINITION
It is a one-component, colorless, non-yellowing primer material. Although INNOPUR FLOOR PU CRYSTAL-1K was developed to strengthen its adhesion to non-porous substrates, it is also an extremely suitable primer for other products in the entire INNOPUR series. As a result of the reaction of the organosilane in the mixture consisting of solvents and additives with moisture, it covers the entire surface uninterruptedly, holistically and homogeneously. It is easily applied with a clean cloth. It mainly provides cleaning of the surface to be protected with INNOPUR FLOOR PU CRYSTAL-1K. It dries in a very short time, within 10-15 minutes, making the surface ready for the main membrane application.

LIMITATIONS
• Minimum amount should be applied with a cloth.
• Care should be taken that there is no flowing, dripping or accumulation.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; Oil, grease, fuel and paraffin residues should be removed, as well as completely free from mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes. Surface defects and cracks should be filled with suitable products and repaired. Application: Apply with a clean cloth (as if wiping the surface). Let it dry for 10-15 minutes, then apply INNOPUR FLOOR PU CRYSTAL-1K.

CLEANING
After cleaning tools and equipment with paper towels, wipe with SOLVENT. Rolls cannot be reused.

SHELF LIFE
It can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original buckets, in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. The material in the opened bucket should be used as soon as possible.
