INNOPUR PARQUET ADHESIVE (INFLATIONAL)

DEFINITION
Innopur adhesive is a two-component polyurethane-based parquet adhesive. It provides superior adhesion by filling the pores, thanks to its slight swelling feature, especially on the surface of rough concrete and between wooden surfaces. It is a reaction hardening adhesive used for all kinds of parquet and wood coatings. Since Innopur adhesive has excellent flexibility, it does not play on the parquet. It does not undergo any deformation between -10°C and +50°C temperatures. Innopur adhesive is compatible with polyurethane primers.

PLACE OF USE
• It is used for bonding long, short and medium sized parquets.
• It is also used for bonding ready-made parquets and laminated coatings to surfaces.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Surface Preparation: The application surface must be solid. The surface must have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a pull-off test result of at least 1.5 N/mm². The age of the new concrete should be at least 28 days according to the season, concrete surfaces should have a maximum moisture content of 4%. All loose, volatile particles must be free from oil and paint residues, cement grout. Extensive fractures and faults should be repaired beforehand. The surface must be clean, dust-free and rough. Concrete surfaces in contact with the soil to be applied must be insulated against water and water vapor barrier beforehand. Preferably, the concrete surface should be reinforced with Green Lack Primer-2K (sand removal) or Green Lack Primer-1K (moisture removal). The floor on which the application will be made is wiped with the help of a cellulosic thinner cloth and cleaned of impurities such as oil and grease. On floors with underfloor heating, the heating must have been activated 10 days before and must be turned off during the application. All of the hardener is added on the first component and mixed with a drill until a homogeneous (single color) color is obtained, and the mixture is quickly applied to the floor with a parquet comb.

Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product, and it should be prepared in the specified mixing ratio as much as the amount to be consumed, considering the pot life. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. Component A should be mixed quickly with a mechanical mixer, and the hardener (component B) should be added by paying attention to the mixing ratio. A and B components should be mixed with a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous. Care should be taken to consume the prepared mixture within the pot life period.

Application to the Surface
The mixture, which is made ready for application, is applied to the surface with a notched trowel so that the parquet teeth are filled.

With cellulosic thinner.
