INNOPUR FLOOR PU CLEAR MAT-1K

DEFINITION
It is a one-component, low-viscosity, polyurethane-based liquid product. Cures with humidity in the air, it adheres very strongly to almost any type of substrate and forms a transparent membrane. Due to its aliphatic structure, it does not turn yellow when exposed to direct sunlight. Its content is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin, which gives the material excellent resistance to UV and other natural factors, as well as chemical, mechanical and thermal.

Sealing for substrates such as stone, porous marble and mosaic
It functions very well as a material.

• Very high resistance to mechanical stresses (high tensile and abrasion resistance)
• Chemical resistance.

LIMITATIONS
Cannot be applied in thick coats

APPLICATION INFORMATION
 

Environmental Conditions
The relative humidity of the air should be at most 80%, the application temperature (environment and surface) should be between +3°C and +35°C. It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and 24 hours after the application in open areas. The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew (dew falling) temperature. (Ask for the Ambient temperature-Ambient Humidity-Dew Temperature table from our company.) It is not recommended for unstable substrates. It is not applied in thick layers.

Surface Preparation
Be careful not to create air bubbles while mixing the material, otherwise bubbles may remain on the cured membrane. It can be mixed with a mixer running at low speed (300 rpm) or by hand.

Application
Apply one or two coats with a brush. The second coat should be discarded within 6-24 hours. The time between coats should not exceed 48 hours. It should be applied in very thin layers to avoid bubble formation.

CONSUMPTION
Minimum total consumption
0.1-0.2 kg/m2

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment first with paper towels, then wipe with polyurethane thinner. Do not try to clean the brushes. It is not used a second time.
