DEFINITION
It is a two-component polyurethane-based parquet varnish developed for places with traffic. Two-component polyurethane, used for all kinds of parquet and wood coatings, is a reaction-hardening lacquer. Innova parquet polish is used for polishing long, short and medium-sized parquets. Compatible with polyurethane fillers and cellulosic fillers.

It is used as a topcoat varnish on all kinds of parquet with medium pedestrian traffic.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be solid. Wooden surfaces should be cleaned of dust after appropriate sanding and primed with cellulosic filler.

Ambient conditions
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C. In applications to be carried out in closed environments, ventilation should be considered. Preparation of the Mixture: It is a two-component product and should be prepared at the specified mixture ratio, considering the pot life, as much as the amount to be consumed. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. Component A should be mixed quickly with a mechanical mixer, and the hardener (component B) should be added by paying attention to the mixing ratio. A and B components should be mixed with a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous. Care should be taken to consume the prepared mixture within the pot life period.

Application to the Surface
After the mixing is finished, the polish mixture is rested for 10-15 minutes for the first reaction to start and it is prepared for delivery. It is applied to the parquet floor, which is primed with polyurethane or cellulosic filling material and smoothed by the scraper process, with the help of a roller or brush. If the used primer is polyurethane Green Lack N.C Filler, if it is one layer cellulosic, two layers of Green Lack Traffic-2K varnish are applied. It is necessary to wait 1 day between coats and hand sanding. At least 3 days after the end of the Innova parquet polishing process, the furniture starts to be placed.
