GREEN LACK ANTI MOISTURE PRIMER

GREEN LACK ANTI MOISTURE PRIMER
DEFINITION
It is a two-component, solvent-free primer. It has been developed for polyurethane based products. It cures in a short time and does not contain toxic substances (zero VOC/Volatile Organic Compounds). It has been specially designed to ensure good adhesion of polyurethane-based products on damp or wet concrete surfaces.
PLACE OF USE
• Moist, damp concrete
• Wet or wet concrete
• Environments without good ventilation
• Asphalt and asphalt membranes
• Water tanks made of concrete, steel or other materials.
ADVANTAGES
• It adheres perfectly to almost all kinds of surfaces.
• Since it does not contain solvent, it can be easily applied in environments without ventilation.
• It has very high hydrophobic and hydrolysis resistance.
• It performs in a wide temperature range. Cures even at low temperatures and under water films.
• It exhibits effective resistance against chemicals.
• It can be used for filling and bonding geotextiles.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Surface Preparation: The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; Oil, grease, fuel and paraffin waste should be removed, as well as completely free from mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes. Surface defects and cracks should be filled with suitable products and repaired. Fill the surface defects by condensing the product with sand.
Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product and should be prepared in the specified mixture ratio, considering the pot life, as much as the amount to be consumed. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. Mix components A and B with a mixer running at low speed (300 rpm) for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous. Care should be taken to consume the prepared mixture within the pot life period. You can dilute the material with polyurethane thinner in the open area to reduce consumption and extend the pot life in open areas. Never thin the product when priming wet surfaces or over water films. In hot environments, pour the product into a shallow wide container to extend the pot life.
Application
Use a roller or brush. Apply the main coats after curing
CAP LIFE
Pot life of the two components mixed is 30 minutes at 20°C. In order to extend the pot life; Keep the container containing the mixture in a cool environment, away from the sun. First pour the mixed product onto the floor to loosen it, then spread it out. Pour the mixed product into a wide, shallow bowl.
PACKING INFORMATION
20 kg (comp. A: 12 kg, comp. B: 5 kg). 10 kg (comp. A: 6 kg, comp. B: 2.5 kg).
STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year for components A and B when stored properly and in its unopened original packaging.
