AQUA GUARD ADR PRIMER-1K

DEFINITION
It is a water-based, acrylic resin-based, adherence enhancing primer.

• It is used as a primer in order to increase the surface adherence before ceramic adhesive mortars in all renovations.

APPLICATION LIMIT
• It is not applied on gypsum plaster, gypsum board and gypsum block.
• It is not applied on constantly wet and humid surfaces.

APPLICATION FEATURES
• Time to wait for ceramic application on ADR PRIMER-1K: min. 5 hours.

WARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS
• After the application, all the tools used should be washed with water before they dry.
• Absolutely foreign materials should not be added.
• In order to protect the surface adherence that ADR PRIMER-1K will provide, care should be taken not to get dirty during application.
• Skin contact should be avoided and gloves should be used during application.

SURFACE PREPARATION
• The surface must be clean, dry, smooth and solid.
• Plaster, paint, glue, oil, cement residues on the surface should be completely cleaned.
• The surface should be washed with water and left to dry.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
• Ambient temperature +5 °C to +35 °C.
• Avoid application in very humid and/or very hot weather.
• The surface must be completely dry.

APPLICATION
• ADR PRIMER-1K is mixed until it becomes homogeneous without thinning.
• ADR PRIMER-1K should be applied to the entire surface in equal thickness with a roller or brush on the fleece.

SHELF LIFE
1 year from the date of manufacture in damp and dry environments. The mouth of the containers should be tightly closed when not in use.
