ACRYLIC TRANSPARENT TOP COAT VARNISH (GLOSSY) 10+1

DEFINITION
It is a two component, acrylic resin based top coat varnish. Acrylic varnish gives a glossy appearance to the surface on which it is applied. Due to its acrylic structure, it creates a very transparent, hard, elastic and non-yellowing film.

PLACE OF USE
It is designed to be used in interior furniture and decoration works where non-yellowing is required, and for varnishing all kinds of solid and veneered wooden surfaces in the furniture industry.

NOTE
Drying times were measured when 40 micron dfk was applied under normal conditions. It should be known that the drying time will increase as the application thickness increases and in cold weather.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be free from dust and dirt.

Ambient conditions
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C. In applications to be carried out in closed environments, ventilation should be considered.

Preparation of the Mixture
Care should be taken to ensure that the paint to be thinned is at a minimum of 15°C. 19550 Acrylic Glossy Varnish and 19550 Acrylic Hardener should be mixed as 10+1 weight and brought to the application viscosity by adding Gren Lack Acrylic Thinner. A homogeneous mixture should be provided by using a mechanical mixer when necessary. Before starting the application, it should be rested for 10-15 minutes.

Application to the Surface
The mixture, which is ready for application, is applied in 2 or 3 cross coats by air spraying, waiting 30 - 45 minutes between coats depending on the desired surface fullness. Depending on the ambient temperature, paste-polish is made in 48 or 72 hours.

Cleaning of Equipment: With acrylic thinner.

PACKING INFORMATION
16.5 kg set of 19550 ACRYLIC TRANSPARENT GLOSSY VARNISH 10+1; It consists of component A with product code 19550, net 15 kg in a bucket, and component B with product code 19550, net 1.5 kg in a gallon.

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year for component A and 6 months for component B when stored properly in its unopened original packaging.
